Telah beredar di media sosial Facebook sebuah unggahan yang mengklaim bahwa kopi yang dicampur dengan perasan air lemon atau jeruk nipis dapat bermanfaat untuk menurunkan berat badan apabila diminum secara rutin.
Faktanya, klaim yang mengatakan bahwa kopi yang dicampur dengan perasan air lemon atau jeruk nipis dapat bermanfaat untuk menurunkan berat badan apabila diminum secara rutin adalah salah. Dilansir darihealth.detik.com, ahli nutrisi dan fisiologi dari Sheffield Hallam University, Mayur Ranchordas mengatakan bahwa kopi dan lemon tidak berhubungan dengan penurunan berat badan. Kafein yang terdapat pada kopi memang mampu untuk meningkatkan metabolisme.
