Beredar sebuah pesan WhatsApp mengatasnamakan Bupati Pelalawan H. Zukri Misran. Pada pesan tersebut oknum yang mengatasnamakan Bupati Pelalawan menyebut pihaknya mengadakan donasi berupa uang untuk berbagai yayasan dan pondok pesantren.
Faktanya, melalui akun Instagram pribadi Bupati Pelalawan .@zukribupatikumenegaskan bahwa pesan tersebut adalah modus penipuan, sebab pihaknya tidak pernah meminta donasi maupun penggalangan dana atas nama pribadi atau yayasan manapun. Ia juga mengimbau masyarakat untuk tidak percaya dan segera melapor pada pihak berwajib jika menerima pesan seperti itu.
